"the room that we stayed in was the worst I have ever been in. It was right beside an outside door, so every time a person went out the door, the door slammed behind them. There was also a set of metal stairs outside the door that lead to the second floor. Everytime someone went down them, it sounded like thunder in our room. From 6am on, I did not get any sleep. It was very frustrating."
